Autonomous Tugs

The final piece that brings it all together. Self-operating tugs execute the entire system autonomously, combining collision detection, auto-stacking, and path planning for complete hangar automation.

The Complete Autonomous System

All three product levels working together seamlessly

1

Collision Detection

Sensors continuously monitor for obstacles and prevent accidents

2

Auto-Stacking & Paths

Software determines optimal positions and generates efficient routes

3

Autonomous Tugs

Self-operating tugs execute movements without human intervention

Autonomous Tug Capabilities

What safety features are built in?

All tugs come with a dead-mans switch and multiple hardware stops and software backups, such as integration with our collision detection system.

Can the tug operate outside on the ramp in the rain/snow, or is it indoor only?

The tug can be operated anywhere, anytime. In the early stages, auto navigation will be limited to inside your hangar.

Does it work with all aircraft types?

Yes. With a unique towbar-less design, our tug can work with any aircraft.

Is remote monitoring and fleet management available for multiple autonomous tugs?

Yes. A cloud-based dashboard will provide real-time telemetry, task scheduling, and health monitoring for fleets operating across sites.

What are the insurance and liability considerations for deploying autonomous tugs?

We will provide safety reports, maintenance logs, and integration documentation to assist customers in discussions with insurers and to support coverage and liability reviews.
